  • Can the handset be used on pedals with a tape covering?
    The handset is a snug fit on the standard oval handbike pedals, so will not fit over a pedal with any tape covering. Please get in touch to discuss a possible modified handset base that will fit over a taped pedal
  • Can the handset be used with Apple Mac or Linux computers?
    Currently, no. The handset interface program only runs on Windows 10 machines. An Apple Mac version may be developed if there is sufficient demand
  • What batteries does the handset use?
    The handset uses 2 standard cs2032 batteries
  • How long do the handbike handset batteries last?
    This depends on how frequently the buttons are pressed, but typical usage is about 30 hours
  • Will the handset work on other training systems, e.g. TrainerRoad"
    Currently, no. If there is sufficient interest, other training systems will be considered. Send us a request
